Started that I went to the Dr and after blood work my testosterone was very low # is 117 so I started Testosterone therapy 2 weeks now starting to get back into the gym . Now that im getting better i want to hit it hard .I am going to be 48 on Fri want to get in great shape one more time and try to stay there. anyway glad to be here

ok what do you do to get the cut line between the shoulder and the bicept? Sounds funny to ask as the rest of my arm is good size with some cuts but not at the shoulder.

The cut line depends on bodyfat, water, and genetics. If you have just some cuts on the rest of the arm but not between the shoulder and biceps, it could just be a genetic predisposition to hold a little extra fat and water there is all.
