Default Gday and Hello
Just joined up and thought Id say gday.
Little about me, Im from OZ, 32, missis and 3 kids.
been training for the last 4 odd years with a break here and there due to injuries. People either wana run me over on me bikes or I manage to damage myself some other way.
Last 2 years have been constant training with slow but progressive gains. Now on TRT prescribed by Doctor due to almost ZERO testosterone production and amazingly high cortosall amounts as the doc put it.
6'4" 225lb at about 19 % BF
Currently doing week 8 of the madcow 5x5 intermediate
Like riding american bikes and hitin the weights hard.
Time to do sum cuting up now I guess.
As for all that I guess ill be seeing ya around the forums.
