Hello, came to this site to learn more of how all you fit+attractive people get and stay that way!!! Hoping to hear some good tips for the gym so I dont waste my time not doing the right stuff. I live in a small town so small gyms with not alot of equipment. hoping to hear some good core workouts . Thanks

BTW I am female 5'6 169 lbs. I work 14-15 hours a day 4 days a week and have babies so I cant workout everyday. Do you think you can lose weight if you workout 3 days a week?
