Been in the iron game for about 5 years. Been out of the gym for about 2 years due to certain issues. But back in 2 months now. And making progress...slowly but surely. My body type is Ectomorph...which sucks.
I'm definatly not a newbie to nutrition and muscles... and what i need to do to transform myself. But im always looking for new things to learn about the sport and BBing and nutrition. I've tried steroids once..and i dont regret one minute of it.
I would love to expand on more steroid use...but i think that when you do it naturally...you aquire more quality muscle. And you dont lose it as quikly.
I was originally at Steroidolgy...but too many dickheads and jerkoffs on there. These forums are for learning...not for dealing with immature assholes.

Anyway...ill be around.
