...from the old iron sitting unused in the basement. At least that's the plan. I just wanted to introduce myself here, as I am getting back into the game again after relaxing over the past few years; career, marriage, new home and all have taken its toll recently!

Nonetheless, I have been lifting on and off for 15 years. Early on I focused on strictly mass & power, and had a little experience with gear; nothing major, but all positive and by the book. Lately, I have been doing more endurance and cardio work, as my endomorph body type benefited from the caloric burn. I am looking though to get back into a balance however, and build some quality lean mass.

I am a stickler for details, and after reading a bit here a while, I love the attitude and knowledge that is available. Thanks in advance.
