Just thought I'd say hi to all the members here. I have enjoyed BB for a few years and love powerlifting have only lifted at one meet just BP a few years ago and have been working at improving since "pure" Now dabbling beyond pure and want to see where I'll end up. Do it mainly for fun and to constantly improve myself (30 yrs old ). Looking for 700+Sq 700+Dl and 450+BP Current or most recent 1rm pure was 400 BP Raw; 530 Sq Raw (done 380x20 looking for 405x20 breathing sq); 535 DL conv. Raw

After>>>>>very minimal cycle and jumped around 15 lbs on BP and around 40 lbs on both DL and SQ. used very limited andros and more ana.... Still trying to figure this all out and not kill myself in the process
