Most people are baseing their cycle on Testosterone ususal first cyle is Test E 500/mg per week, Inj every 3.5 days x 250/mg=500mg total. Cycle length= usually 10 weeks. Start PCT 14 days after last Inj run PCT for 6 weeks. Gains is around 20 pounds, but thats up to the person. More or less are keepable again depending on the user, and a proper PCT.
