listen to my story..

its stupid, but i have to tell it..

few weeks ago i just ended up with my first cycle

i gained 23 lbs of nice lean mass.. and what happend??

i got that stupid virus, diarrhea for 7 days, i could not eat nothing, and i lost 39 lbs :argh :cry :argh :argh

i literally shited out all of muscle gain..

welcome to IS. All I can say is if you want to be a jojo cycle away. that 39 lbs lost sounds out of this world to me especially in such short period of time.

39 lbs in 7 days is major weight loss does not sound correct, but welcome to you

yeah, heard about salmonella?

for first two days could not eat anything, all what i ate in next days, i throw out.. my body temperature was between 102.2 F - 104 F, higher in the evening..
so, no food and losing a lot of water, not a problem to lose 37 lbs

you can try it, but i dont recommend it to you..

and it took 4 days for my doctor to find out, that i got salmonella.
the reason were stupid eggs not cooked enough..

not a nice experience..

Thats a trip. I saw a special last night on people getting it from contaminated Spinach.
