new to the board, lots of real good info here.any how i am 47 just had my 1st child a boy,ya i am a late starter. always been a gym rat since my high school days good shape 6'2 201.Ive dabbled with abs abit had some nice results in the past,its been a while thou.took some time of from the gym 9months about, while my girl was preg.finding it tough to get back where i left off.haven't put on any extra pounds about 9%body fat the cardio is no prob, just the lifting.talked to the wife about abs and she said i was stupid Ha she says that every day anyhow.so i will post my questions and see.thank you
