Anyway, about me...I am a fat-ass that used to be in decent shape. I have a friend just getting started with some AAS, and to be honest, he is a computer moron. So, I am here getting info for him now, and to keep learning for myself...some day, I will be ready.

I am just getting started back on some very light weights and cardio. I have had a couple injuries that have set me back alot, and have helped contribute to me gaining an extra 70 lbs of fat.

I am at 240ish right now, and would love to be able to see my abs again before I start building up.

So, while I am attempting to loose my ass and gut, I will be asking plenty of questions for my friend, and for myself.
