Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Been busy reading through some bits and bobs, the place seems stacked with good info.

A bit about me then, im 36 but look much younger. Ive recently moved back home (near London) from Scotland (Edinburgh) after 10 years. I went up there to study nutrition at college; and came back with a piece of paper, a wife and two kids!

....Oh, and some debts.

189cms tall. Hovvering around the 280lb mark at 12%, and trying to lose more body fat. Used AAS for the last three years only but have been training for over 10 years now pretty regularly.

Again, thanks for the welcome. Ill do some more looking around.
