Non-existent mass from Mass. Newbie!

:woot Hey all! I am attempting to do what everyone told me a man of 49 yrs old couldn't do....GAIN MASS! I began an excellently mapped out exercise regime designed for hardgainers like me about 43 weeks ago. When I undertook to do this, my stats then are as follows: 6'2"; 139 lbs;bicep (flexed) 10 & 1/2"; chest 36 & 1/3"; thighs 18 & 1/2"; waist 29"; 19% BF . I had never used any steroids. Today, the stats are: 6' 2 & 3/4";188lbs;bicep 15 & 1/8" (relaxed); chest 41 & 1/3"; thighs 22 &1/2"; waist 33". BF 7.5%. I dont know if this poor or good progress and it is hard for me to see me and judge, I still see me as a skinny runt. I feel that in light of my height, I can probably go up to 200 lbs and still look trim. I joined here today hoping to solve my plateau which I have been stuck on for a few months

I was thinking of attempting a 12 week cycle of deca, dbol, test. And thereafter a post cycle recovery set up. I have never done steroids and am assuming that results gained from good diet and pushing myself into the pain zone while working out will be dramatic simply because I never did steroids b4. I pretty much know where to get what I want. But I'd like to hear recommendations and/or suggestions on exactly how to work the cycle. I chose these particular things cuz I heard they are the ones least apt to give side affects as long as I stay in the 12 week range. Thank u for all your comments.
