hello all. iam new to this here, and looking for sumone to take me under there wing and show me around. along with sharing some great bodybuilding tech. and stuff to use. iam 29 spent 5 yrs in the navy and 1 1/2 yrs over seas so the only thing to do is work out over there.... now that am back home i lost it and want to get back into that grove am 5'10' and weigh 210.
