BTW I'll be starting my second cycle soon. I'm going to follow (kinda) P22s tapering method from T-Nation . Since I'm usuing a short ester I'm only going to taper for 4 weeks but that should allow enough time for my body to adjust naturally. I do have Armidex and Nolva on hand as it comforts my mind, haha.

Workout will still be 5 days a week: Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms (Abs/Calves are in the mix aswell) Also will be doing cardio for 15-20 mins a day. Some days low intensity and some high. My body is always being suprised :bigsmile

Diet will be lighter than my last cycles (5500 cals a day - clean) I'm going to drop down to around 4K and work my way up depending on my soreness (recovery), weight gains, etc.

Week 1-10:
100mg Prop EOD
Week 8-14:
50mg Winstrol ED
Week 11:
50mg Prop EOD
Week 12:
50mg Prop EOD
Week 13:
25mg Prop EOD
Week 14:
25mg Prop E3D

Any advice or constructive criticism is welcomed.

BTW: My goal is 185lbs AFTER the cycle ends. I'm 167 in those pics above at 5 10'. I have some BF I need to burn off but I'll fix that later naturally, not a fan of Tren -- personal pref. (Plus night sweats BLOW)

I don't really see the point in tapering off, especially with the short ester. Your delaying PCT is all as you will still be shut down regardless of the lesser amount and probably too little really to ellicit any real continued gains.
