Was a member over at another large board and has since been looking for a new place to call home. Im 21 and have been actively lifting for ~2 years. I've already done my first cycle which was test prop @ 100mg EOD and anavar @ 50mg ED for 6 weeks. I gained 15lbs and kept ~9lbs, guess part of it has to do with increased cardio and not lifting super heavy.

Pics were taken cold unless noted.

Before my first cycle (Yeah I know a pigeon called and he wants his chest back.. :cry ) (taken after a 6 miles bike ride - 20 mins interval 14.5mph-18.1mph)

Good to be here. Starting my second cycle near the start of Jan. ~500mg of test cyp for 12 weeks, Winny @ 35-50mg EOD injections, armidex @ .5mg ED.

first off welcome to IS... now to ur cycle, try this

wk 1-4 test prop 100mg/eod or d-bol 40mg/ed split into 10mg every 4 hrs
wk 1-12 test cyp or eth 500mg/wk split into 2 shots on mon and thurs/ 1cc each or 250mg per
wk 7-12 winny 50mg/ed- use ed because of the half life
wk 14-17 nolva 20mg/ed

dont worry about a-dex unless u are gyno prone... eat 4500 to 5500 cals per day in 6 small meals with 40-50grams protien per, no more per because that is all ones body can absorb and get a total of 300 grams of protien and carbs and get some heathy fats as well... get milk thistle for ur liver and a multi vitamin as well... good luck and keep us posted

I ate 5500 cals a day while on cycle last time w/ 7 meals a day and usually atleast 315g of protien.

I take AST multi and do not do milk thistle, only stuff I've ever used was horrid, plus I have a stong liver and don't drink or do drugs on top of the cycle.

I think I may be gyno prone as I shut down at 6 weeks because of nip soreness and started PCT the day after.

Thanks for the welcome, I have enough prop left over for almost 4 total weeks and I will use it. Prop is NICE.

well my suggestion is to eat as u did last cycle and use ur prop and ur multi. use the a-dex at .25 eod or .5 e3d. is what i would do...u can get milk thistle pills if u want thats what i used.....

I can start at .25mg to see if that works for me.
