Hi All - Anabolic Steroids

Here is my second intro. Seems my first got wiped somehow.....Anyway. I am 42, 5'7" and bounce between 180 and 190 on the scale. I am not new to fitness but know that at my age things are not quite as easy to achieve as they once were. I am not looking for bulk. I just want to trim down my 40" waist and build some muscle to help maintain a healthy weight. My new wife is also 20 years younger than I and though I can keep up with her in all areas now I know as the years advance that will become increasingly difficult.

I am looking for diet advice and some advice on a novice lifting program. I have checked out some of the diets here and they seem rather extreme. I just want to start eating properly and have enough nutrients to aid in my workout regimen. My cardio is decent, even at my weight I can run 5km in less than 25 minutes.
