getting stronger

whats up guys, im about 320 lb. i done a cycle of test a few years ago, im about to do another of sus-250 and tbol w/ clomid for pct i plan to stay on for 12 weeks. my goal is to get stronger while losing body fat. by the end of the year i hope to be around 250lbs and then do a cutting cycle.

yeah i have some dieting, but that is half the battle right, im trying to get all that in order before i start my next cycle. oh yeah and plenty of cardio. i dieted down before to 250 but lost alot of muscle, now back to the drawing board, stay strong and cut down, i have a friend helping me out this time with all that.
