I'm totally new to this thing, so i just wanna give a shout out to all them "physical freaks" out there. I am actually extremely skinny and not at all "buff". Of course i soon hope to be i haven't been doing any working out per say i was just thinking to myself steroids that'll bulk me up. So I'm pretty much new to this in general. Looking forward to getting huge and of course doing all the learning I can. Any information that could help me on my quest to be "friggen stacked" would be greatly appreciated anyways hope u enjoyed readin this and i look forward to readin the replies.

It helps. Look steroids are not a magic pill that you take and wake up buff in the morning. You really have to know what your doing or your going to get yourself hurt or worse and know one wants to see that. Sounds to me like you need to get a better diet and get a good workout going and read your ass off before you even think about steroids. by the way how old are ya.

i'm 19 and i understand that i wasn't planning on getting steroids for awhile and i am going to go down tomorrow and get a gym membership, more or less i was just looking for support and information i have been doing some reading and what not on this site. i have so much to learn i don't know where to start really. Diet and exercise is obviously what i need but i dunno what to eat and i also have to figure out what exercises i should do to get started. The diet is my biggest concern right now. If you have any ideas on where i should look to find that information i would greatly appreciate the help.

Oh ya and i also read that you should have a good routine established for atleast 2 years before taking steroids is this true?

hahaha me too, holy shit. I thought he was gonna be like, well I havent started working out yet but I want to start a cycle so I can get buff. seen it wayyy too many times. (and I haven't even been here that long)

The easiest way to eat the amount of calories you will need (around 4,000 a day) is to get things that you like. it sucks forcing food down that you absolutely hate. And at first, don't try to eat TOO clean, you will end up not eating enough. Your gonna need some mass gainer 2-3 times a day aswell. Also, if your having trouble eating enough and you are really motivated, wake up in the middle of the night for a small meal. It SUCKS to crawl out of bed when its freezing but you gotta do what ya gotta do.

well i do have some weight gainer that i got from gnc but to be honest it tastes like bawls and kinda makes me queasy when i consume it. I dunno if 2-3 times a day would be to fun of a trip but if that's what it will take i suppose it shouldn't be a problem. also how many times a week is it safe to work out? I don't know if everyday is practical or safe especially for someone like me
