Hey everyone,

Just wanted to stop in and give a basic intro for everyone. I am not currently cycling and I think I am going to wait a bit for my first cycle.

I'm currently not happy with my weight, as unusual as it may seem, I feel I am too underweight. My current stats right now are:

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 130lb

I have gradually been losing more weight over the last 6 months even though I eat about 3500 calories. According to any BMR calculaters I have run into, that is about 1000 calories more than what I need.

My basic plan for now is to totally re-evaluate my diet and workout program. I am looking for ideas and advice on a diet and a good bulking program that is not very dependent on supps. I think most are a scam and hate to blow my cash on them.

If anyone has any good meal plans, bulking programs, friendly advice, anything at all, drop me a line and we can chat.
