Default Hello, newbie here
Hello all. I'm a newbie so I thought I'd take a minute to post. Just finished reading the guidelines. I use to be a member of another site but that was back in 2005. I get on a workout kick every now and then so I like to meet new friends for tips and advice. I looked for the old site I was a member of but i wasn't sure it was the same site or not. I use to get a paperback magazine from them also with all kinds of legal alternatives. I think the guy in charge was Jeff? Any way, I met a few good guys there that led me in the right direction to help this underweight guy meet his goals. Hoping that after some chatting in here that someone can help me find my old friend. (i do remember his name!) If not, maybe I can meet some new friends to help out with some sound advice and direction. Anyway, thanks for having me and I'm looking forward to getting back into the gym.
