just got on board, have been reading alot of info. here tonight, hope to get alot more, and if possible give some. I am 41 and havent lifted in past 6 months with bad shoulder. Just got back 3 weeks ago. Much harder now than it was 10 years ago to recover.

Yeah i'm 36 and know what you mean. bad shoulder too. Hydrate as in Force Fluids. also Cardio= bigger capilaries= better blood supply to inherintly low blood supply connective tissues= better joint recovery. Anyway, thats what the sports docs are telling me.

train smarter, train slow, lighter weights and use other methods besides huge presses As you age you have to adapt to your bodies changes. Just my 2cents. My lower back hurts me a lot so I do what I can to avoid hurting myself
