Hi everyone. first time poster with a need for advice.

First off, ty to everyone that can help me. I'm looking to tone and bulk up a little. but, i dont workout. I do landscaping, so i guess thats my workout. i dont know anyone else to ask. so any help would greatly be apreciated. also i guess i should say. i'm 38 years old. male, and i drink and smoke. ( and i'm about 20 pounds heavier than i should be. but i lose most of that in the summer when i'm working) But i would gladly give it all up to improve my body. I'm ready for a life change is what i mean. And i have no idea where to start. hoping anyone can help. Thank you for your time.

Ahhh...............the old landscaper workout routine. I haven't done that one before but I did the treeclimber, alligator wrastler, and the dog catcher routines......................the last one really toned me up and helped my endurance...............
