Need some direction for a beginner cycle
Hey everyone, I am new to this website and am interesting in starting a cycle. I am 22 yrs old, and have been lifting heavily for three years. In those three years have put on twenty pounds of muscle mass with a little bit of a beer gut from college, haha understandable right. I am currently 5'11" 178lbs. I have hit a plateau where creatine is no longer helping me to get bigger and I haven't add much strength in the past 6-8 months. I need something to give me a boost. I still go to the gym 5-6 times a week and eat right. Nothing is helping me. I never thought about taking a cycle, but now I feel like I need to, to see results and stay motivated. Any suggestions on what I should take? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and sorry for the long post, just wanted to get my full story out there
