hey guys & gals, how you doing? my name is TOM I joined up b/c I had a real bad motorcycle accident in the yr 2000, & all I did was feel sorry for myself , lay around a pop ROXICODONES like they were tic tacs all day & night. now picture this I get my head shaved with a bic razor by the wife so I rarely look into any mirrors naked. well 3 months ago I happened to walk by one & didn't know who the hell was looking back @ me!!! lol. so I yelled @ the wife , how the hell can you let me get like this ? & she says well what did you want me to say. & I told her how about this "HEY FAT ASS HOW ABOUT GETTING YOUR FAT ASS UP & INN THE GYM" would had been nice!!! LOL

thats funny but is NO lie by any means. I am 5'8" 253 NOW! I started going to a DR. to get me back into shape. so ;ets start from the begginning. 1st I had a colomics (2 of them) back to back days! best thing I have ever done. felt great afterwards. now he starts me on TESTOSTERONE CYPINATE, DHEA 150MG'S A DAY, GONADTROPIN SHOTS EVERY DAY,TAHT WAS FOR 4 WEEKS. THEN i BUMPED UP TO STACKING THE TEST W/ DECA TWICE A WEEK 3/4 CC TEST W/ 1/2 CCDECA MONDAY & THURSDAYS. i WENT FROM 240 TO 260 BUT SOLID MUSCLE IN MY UPPER CHEST SHOULDERS & ARMS GOT HUGE!!! NOW i START THE HGH .5 EVERY DAY & NOTHING HAS CHANGED & IT'S STARTING TO GET ME DOWN i HIT A FLAT SPOT i FEEL. i GOT BIG RESULTS 1ST 5 WEEKS NOW I'M THE SAME WAY FOR THE NEST 4 WEEKS THATS WHY i JUST UPPED ME TEST & DECA TO WHAT IT IS NOW!!! LIKE i SAID @ 1ST IT WAS JUST TEST 1 FULL CC EVERY MONDAY. NOW i JUST BOUGHT A CYCLE OF WINSTRAL. i FEL LIKE I'M DOING WAY TOO MUCH ALREADY FOR ME TO BE PUTTING OR STARTING ANOTHER CYCLE OF SOMETHING.... 1 POSITIVE THING i HAVE TO SAY i WENT FROM 38% BF TO 25 IN 8 WEEKS & THATS WITHOUT ANY CARDIO!!! i HAVE ALL THESE STEROIDS PRESCRIBED BY THE DR. CAN SOMEONE HELP M,E & TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO GET OFF THIS DEAD OR FLAT SPOT I'M ON. AM i TAKING IT WRONG MY WORKOUT WRONG? I'M NEW @ IT ALL & i JUST DON'T WANT TO BE FAT ANYMORE & MY GOAL IS TO BE AVLE TO TAKE MY SHIRT OFF @ THE BEACH FOR THE 1ST TIME SINCE THE ACCIDENT. i WAS A WRESLTER SO i ALWAYS WAS IN GREAT SHAPE BEFORE THAT NIGHT!!! CAN SOME PLEASE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECXTION!!!
