Hi KRJ,
welcome to you also my fellow newbie.....

This was my first cycle. The craziest thing was learning to give myself the shots....that took some balls to start with!!!
I am on 1 mil/200mg of testosterone cypionate and 1mil/200mg of deca-durabolin, once a week. I am also eating 6 small meals a day and have a protein shake 2x a day. Also, creatine tablets and multivitamin.
It is seriously crazy how fast my 40 yr old body is adapting.
