Smile Advice needed on Cutting Cycles

Hi everyone! Let me start with a brief introduction of myself:

I am a 25 year old male (half Swedish, half Latino)

I am currently weighing in at 322 pounds, 6 foot 5 inches in height, with 24.5% body fat.

I started seriously working out in high school at age 16 and competed in my first amateur power lifting competition at 19. I competed at several meets in the 4 subsequent years in the Junior category at Bench and Deadlift. My competition weight varied from 350 to 357 pounds with 27 to 28 % body fat. I have had two first places in national competitions (deadlift) and one second place also in a national a national competition (bench), among others. I have not previously taken steroids but regulated my diet rigidly and did include many other supplements in my regimen.

That said I started with some moderate to intense back pain about a year and a half ago when lifting. I made an appointment with my doctor and found out that in that short time of competing I had caused some moderate damage to my spine’s lumbar portion due to multiple short and intense compressions over the years. Needless to say I decided to avoid any serious complications and stopped training for power lifting. The doctor said that changing my exercise routine and losing weight combined with my age and general health level is the key to allow for a full recovery. So far I’ve lost 30 pounds and about 2% body fat with diet and changing my work out routine to include lots of reps with moderate weight. My issue is that for the last 4 months I haven’t lost a single pound and frankly I refuse to stop lifting and focus on aerobic and cardio workouts. Although I realize I will inevitably lose some more muscle mass as I lose weight I want to keep that muscle loss at a minimum. I feel that I’ve worked out too damn hard to just give it up and get “skinny”.

I’m writing this post in hopes that someone can recommend to me a steroid cycle to help me lose more body fat. I realize that steroids are mostly for building mass but I know in the right combination they can be very effective at burning off that excess fat and losing the excess water from an experienced lifter. So far in my gym I’ve been recommended a Primobolan Depot and Winstrol stacked cycle. Please let me know your opinions, advice, or even tips on the subject or even just on losing weight without loosing too much muscle mass. Thanks a million,

at 24% body fat you have to realise that you are carrying more than just water bloat. Winstrol and primo combo is going to do nothing for you at 24% bro as these compounds produce a harder and leaner look for individuals who already have a bf below 12% by adding muscle mass without water retention. Furthermore these compunds are usaully used in a so called "cutting cycle" primarily whe the user is on a calorie restricted diet.

What i suggest do is attempt to cut your body fat by (a) incorporating that hated cardiovascular training into your regime (b) implementing a regimented calorie restricted diet for the next 8 weeks.

Also the high reps moderate weight training regime is yet another form of action which i believe is more effective for someone with a low bf already and frankly i still choose to try and push the same amount of weight at the same repitition when trying to slim...and use moderate cardio and good nutrition to burn the excess body fat...

if you are set on using a compound i would recommend albuterol or clenbuterol to rid yourself of excess bodyfat..i myself am very cautious when it comes down to suing compounds which drop bf in short spaces of time and prefer to do it naturally...

but in your case aas usage will really be a waste of time and money and may even excacerbate your current problem...

I'm new here too but try cutting out ALL bread and dairy. I mean dont even look in that direction and see if it helps with your diet. Also your latino, no tortillas. I'm latino too so I know how hard it is to say no to tortillas. A fork is your new best friend. Mucha Agua tambien.
