I was getting a sugar rush after being on a sugar free diet for 3 days. I retain alot of water weight and for the picture with the coke bottle I had lost water weight for that. Thanks

Wow. That is pretty impressive. I believe you and I have similar body types, but you've probably got a body fat % about 3 below mine. (I am about 13-14%) You look about 9-10%. I am also 183lbs and 5' 9.5".

I am just getting ready to do my first cycle in like a few days. I believe the pros here will tell you that you want a minimum of 250mg/wk of test. Some will probably tell you to take 500 mg\wk of test.
I was planning on doing Sustanon @ 500\wk frontloaded with t-Bol @ 20 mg\day.
BUT, my t-bol never showed up, so I have been waiting a few extra weeks for it, but now I think I am just gonna go witht the Sustanon @ 500\wk. My goal is to finally break the 200lb barrier, sounds like you already acheived that.
