Hey Im a 23YR FIREFIGHTER/MEDIC 5'7'' 180LBS AND PROBABLY 15 BODY FAT. IM LOOKING FIR SUGGESTIONS ON POSSIBLY NUTRITION AND WHAT CYCLE TO GET FIRST BECAUSE LOOSING THE FAT IM GUESSING SHOULD BE THE BEST AND FIRST THING TO DO. THANK YOU

eat every 2 hours, small amounts, mostly protein, comblex carbs, low sugar, low fat.
if ur eating every 2 hours ur metabolism is quicker and u will burn more calories
comblex carbs take longer to break down meaning ur body uses more energy to break it down, anything that isnt used is Shlt out. any sugar that isnt used is stored.
right ourself out a realistic diet and post it up, we will help you if u get stuck

as for the idea that you have that you need to lose BF first, you are on the right track. There is more to it than that however.

interval training is best for fat loss. sprint then jog, spring then jog. do this on a treadmill, rower, swimming pool, anywhere really
