Hello there, I'm 37 6'1" 175lb I've worked construction for 16 years, living in Minnesota, winters are slow, the older I get the more I notice how hard it is to stay in shape, I've been thin all my life. I eat heathy, I think. I've thought about trying steroids since I was 18. Very skinny as a kid. Still I have serious chicken legs. and thin arms, (IT SUCKS) I've had a few friends of mine that have tried with success. I'd like to gain around 10-15 pounds now that work is in full go. I look forward to reading as much as I can here. Thanks
