just saying hello to everyone,im new here (obviously).

working out pretty seriously for 6 months, on and off for years iuse free weights in my basement on a 4 day split, 6 ft 165 lbs and eat 3173 cals 372 cbs 289 pro and 69 fat per day.

i was a raging alcoholic for 8 years and finally woke up, when i quit i had alot of time to fill, i took all the energy out of drinking and put it towards lifting. I think i made a good decision for a change, sober 6months and seen good results anyway just alittle about me

Good to have you aboard. There are alot of helpful people here, so do not hesitate to ask them anything on your mind. Glad to here you are winning your battle with alcohol, lifting is an awsome substitute, it not only strengthens the body, but the mind and soul as well. Welcome.

congrats on being sober for 6 months, heres to the next 6 months and beyond, its amazing what lifting weights and keeping fit can do for a person, welcome to the forum
