Newbie Intro and cycle suggestions - Anabolic Steroids

Hi Everyone,
First post, have been reading the forums for about 4 months now. My friend is going to Thailand next week and I may have the opportunity to get some gear sent back to Japan from Thailand. I have a couple of questions;

My plan is to follow the Begginers cyle of

Test. E 500mg/week wk1-12
Dbol 20mgs/day wk 1-4

With
HCG 500iu/day wks 14-16 (PCT)
Nolva 20mgs/day wks 14-19 (PCT)
Aromasin 20mgs/day wks 14-17 (PCT)
Vitamin E 1000iu/day wks 14-16 (PCT)

And
Arimidex if nescessary?

Ive used the info in Anthony Roberts articles, but Im not sure if I should be taking Nolva or Aromasin during weeks 1 - 12.

Im 32, 218lbs, 21%bf and have been training for the past 8 months consistently with the past 5 at 4-5 days a week.

Should I have anything else on hand?
Can the Vitamin E be taken orally?

Im currently trying to reduce bf using a keto/Vdiet of around 1800cals/day, 5 meals a day, 1 solid meal and 4 protein shakes + fish/seal/olive oil.

Im not in a hurry to start, would like to get my bf% down more and I also have a tennis elbow issue I want to sort out first before I start.

Id like to gain a decent amount of muscle and keep it, not expecting huge results but if I can keep 10-15lbs is this possible?

Any brands my friend should stay away from in Thailand? He will be in Bangkok, so if anyone has shopped there before and can help me point him in the right direction (if its allowed).

Any recommendations welcome, and also if there are any other members in Japan that could lend any experience about using gear here Id appreciate that too. From what Ive read its legal in Japan.
