hey im a newbie here and i would appreciate any advice given
im 19 nd have been playin sports most of my life..been workin out for bout 5 years on and off..been in a little bit of a drag lately
im 6'3 215 lbs(most def not solid) nd i need to transform myself into somwhere around..230 solid
so ny stacks and diet/exercise programs would b much appreciated
and i also would love to get my bench back up so im all ears

welcome bro. you're definately in a good place for some good advice. one piece would be to not give into the temptation of starting on anabolics yet. @ that age I was the same weight but an inch shorter. made good gains w/ lots of clean calories and dietary supps. plus... I did, and still do have a couple of mentors that help me out in my training, and thats what helped me a lot. you'll find help from well experienced vets here. good luck bud.
