Noob by all means...

Hey there everyone.

I'm a 5'10" 145 lb, 31 year-old married father of two, who's new to working out in general. Being a life-long skinny boy, I've dabbled in weights over the years, but usually quit after a month or so. However, for the last 4 months I've changed my diet for the better and stuck to my push-ups and sit-ups plan.

Now I'm hoping to build on this routine with proper cardio, weight training and responsible supplement use. (My current routine has made me a lot stronger and healthier, but not much bigger.)

I've actually been on HRT (Androgel) for hypogonadism for 5 years now and it's totally changed my life for the better. (I never knew what I was missing until I finally started getting all of the Test that I needed.) The hormone therapy is what really piqued my interest in supplements. Until I started it, I never saw any real muscle growth or definition. I never really felt strong either.

Now that I make a little bit more money, I've decided to customize my body instead of my truck. Seems like a better deal over all...
I just want to learn the proper and safe way to do it first, that's why I'm here.

Whew, that's a lot of talking for a noob!
I probably won't be posting much more since I'm really here just to learn.
