Default Coming back following surgery
Hello All.
I am just coming back from a major throat surgery. Two months out of the gym on a liquid diet and I have dropped from 220 to 180. I am definitely a hard gainer that took about 10 years to get to where I was so would appreciate any advice on making a comeback.

Current stats, 5' 10", 180, estimate 12% bodyfat, 40 years old.
