Greetings;

A bit about myself:

I've been "working out" for quite some time, but have been training for a bit over a year and a half. Been doing some unequipped PL meets in that time (about to do my 3rd) Best so far: SQ460, BEN342 & DL519.

I'm 6'1" and weigh in a bit under 260. I'm not "Brad Pitt" lean but I'm not a lard ass either. I'd like to see myself a leaner 280 this time next year! That would be quite a feat at the ripe old age of 36!

Like a lot of guys, I wish someone had kicked my ass BETTER 15-16 years ago and I had maintained training the way I should have, instead of doing years of silly shit. Leg extensions and the like. I'm stronger now than back in college, if I continued training like back then...oh well ifs and buts....

I hope to utilize the knowledge/experience on this board to further my progress and maybe,just maybe, I can contribute to help other folks out along the way as well.

All for now. I suppose this was a long-winded intro, and I apologize, and promise to not be such a wind bag all the time.
