What's the good, the bad, and the ugly? Wanted to say hello! (I am currently the ugly)
New here, but old and out dated to the scene. At 33, I had an 9 year allergy to anything that looked like a bar or plate. WOW! I really regret that now. Trained very seriously for 4 years prior. Competed in a few amat. con. Never placed very well.
I am eager to learn from you fellas. Seems like most of the tried and true basics are still the same, but what is up with all the contradicting info. out there. The supplements have gone 180 degrees. Seems like protein and creatine (my favs.) are still there. They sure don't look the same, I mean, you have to look at them on a extreme scientific level just to understand what the heck they are trying to sell you. All the gear seems to be the same. Just seems like everyone is shooting in the dark are far as the right cycles.
