i just got some winstrol and am wondering what would be good to stack it with? is it okay to just take the winny on it's own and if so what can i expect typically as results. how much do i take, i read somewhere that 15 mg a day is sufficient for beginners but i also read somewhere to take 50 mg daily. i am 27 years young and weigh 190 pounds. i have been working out for 5 years and have 15 percent body fat. i work out 6 days a week, with cardio and abs spread out during the week. i eat clean 90 percent of the time with 1 cheat day a week. i have muscle but am not as lean or cut looking as i would like to be. i have abs but am unable to see them because of a layer of fat covering them but i can feel them underneath the flab. i really want my six pack to show. i am new to steroids and have only used creatine, protein, fat loss supplements and preworkout supplements in the past with not too great results. any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
