Hi guys, new to the forum. (obviously)

I'm Sam been training for about four years; am now 18.
First started training for Rugby to add some strength and gain an edge over other players my age. Am now into my bodybuilding and have been seriously training for three years straight. I am up to 192lbs at 11% BF from about 168lbs at about 15% BF. As of late my bench is up to 220lbs for 3 sets of 8 reps, Deadlift is at 320lbs for 3sets of 8 reps and squat is at 345 for 3 sets of 8 reps. Not really into the one rep max thing for showing how strong you are. I think its just a sheer ego thing about the poundages. Sure heavy weight matters, but good reps matter just as much; thats why i like to keep a good balance.

Supplements wise just taking whey, go through 10lbs a month, MRP's and do the odd creatine cycle now and again. Will be trying some Novedex XT soon just to see if it works, Have managed to convince my GP to get me a prescription of Tamoxifen at 40 mg for the next 4 months!!! so will be looking at some articles and doing my research.
