Hello. I am 35 and I have recently gotten into working out. I have been dedicated for about 8 months and it has been going great. I have couple questions. First off I am a buff guy in kinda a chunky guys body. I need to now remove the fat. I heard that you should increase your protein and slightly lwer your calorie intake to maintain the muscle??? True??

Also I have tried American Cellular Labs Tren. It has been great. Last time I took it just to experiment i took it with a 2.5mg tablet of anavar and it worked well. I dont want to get big just an ok size. I will now take a full cycle which is of eight weeks. I will be stacking it with my anavar little by little and see where that takes me.

What is a good post for this TREN?? Last time I took a liver claeaner and gaspari Natural testoterone boosters with an estrogen block. Is that ok??

Interesting thing tha you say to eat like a horse. Heres one thing is my concern. I just dont want to be a buff guy in a fat guys body. I tried it for a long time and I got big but then I am now tryng to cut down the fat. I for once after all the hard work want to see whats under all that fat. I did it for like 6 months.

What do you think????? WIll I lose muscle if I increase my protein intake and lower my food intake??????
