new to forum - Anabolic Steroids

Hello all
I have been lurking for a few weeks and soaking up all this good info. I see information here that seems legit compared to other sites. I am looking forward to participating in many discussions.
I had a little trouble signing up as "hot muscle" (never got a confirm registration email. Sent a few emails to Is manager and after waiting for a few weeks. I just resigned up as "hotmuscles" and now i can post. No Biggie!
Now about me, I have been athletic for most of my life and have lifted on and off. I have been lifting pretty steady for the last year. I practice a non competitive martial art. I am looking to focus on bodybuilding at this time.
Love working out at the Gym (bally"s). I have a bowflex and usually use it three time a week and work out at the gym once a week.
Looking to start a cycle next month and getting ready for it. I will post in the right thread for help on that.
I also eat well and can follow a diet (when I stick to it) I will post on the right thread for help in that area.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone and putting my 2.5 cents in. However I don't think I can offer much direction at this time but sure as heck will need a lot.

Just want to add because I forgot- Not sure if its necessary. 48 yo 6' 6" 220lbs at this time. Might change because my friends keep Threatening to lop me off at the knees.
