The problem is that I've been training for a long time bro. My upper torso is solid and I cycle my leg routine twice as much as any other body part and I still have really thin legs. They are like twigs. Funny thing is that I can push up big numbers but my legs wont grow at all - hence joining this forum. I'm ready to take that leap of faith but I have no clue. Read a few articles on HGH but it's all french to me. Don't want to screw things up. Too many kids.

Well - I'm 43, 6'0, 185. I've been lifting sery seriousely for the last two years but have been lifting for about fifteen all together. I have about 11% body fat, and I think I'm in pretty good shape. I use to be a runner back in the day that combined with bad leg genetics is the reason I think that my legs wont grow. I've tried to recondition the muscle fibers from slow twitch to fast twitch by utlizing heavy explosive movements with low reps but nothihng seems to work. I'm just really frustrated and am watching myself get older and feel like I'm missing the "solid legs" boat.

you can change fast to slow
