Smile Looking for some guidance
Hey all...awesome site!
I am looking for some guidance. I am 43 yrs, 6'3" 225lbs with about 12% BF. I am looking to bulk up a bit more for my first competition in April. I will start cutting in January, but am looking for some guidance on how to get bigger first. I have run omnevol, but it didnt take me to the size. My diet seems good, workouts are solid with a trainer, just want that next step. Any ideas or guidance?
