Hello I'm from the UK. I've been working out really hardcore for about a year but. I have all the definition but hardly any bulk to my muscles! I was hoping to find some help and info here on how I can achieve this in a faster way than normal. I have no idea where to start or what is best... Tablets or injections? I'm a tad put off by injections mind you... So many questions haha! Many thanks

Hey everyone I'm in Portsmouth. Thanks for the warm welcome

Ok I got some stats:

Age:26
Hight: 6ft
Weight: 10 stone 4 (65kg)
Body Far%.... That my BMI? As that's 20.67
Goal: I add larger size to my muscles and bulk up
Diet: I take twice aday CNP Pro Mass (one in the morning and one in the afternoon after the gym)
- breakfast: Cereal (Special K honey)
- Once at work: Pro Shake
- Lunch: Tuna Sandwich (now here I don't eat too healthy).. Crisps (wotsits) Special Al-bran bar, Snack bar and a low fat Yogart.
- Gym
- Power shake after
- Tea: Normally a Turkey or chicken Stir fry... with Veg like Onions, Peppers, Garlic, Spinage etc...
- After that nothing really. I normally have my final meal at 6PM.

hi mate your going to want to get your bf% down to about 10% so its going to be alot of cardio for you lol you will have to change your diet, diets arnt my strong point but the guys in here will educate you.
