Hey! - Anabolic Steroids

Hey guys new to the site and new to steroids. I have been doing a lot of reading over the last year and will continue to learn for another 6 months to a year before running my first cycle. So I'll be posting up questions over that time period. The reason for the 6 months to year wait is Im going to try to maximize my own gains before. I've been in and out of the gym for 6 years but the last year I've been in the gym bustin ass 6 days a week every week. Im 160lbs and very low body fat and realistically should weight 20lbs more for my size but my damn legs are like tooth picks and wont grow haha. Sad but Im already pretty close to genetic end because my parents and grandparents and pretty much everyone in my family are pretty small in size. This site seems pretty awesome and the sponsors seem like the guys to get the gear from. PreThanks for all the help Im sure you guys will give.

welcome to IS Bro.............if ur trying to put on size.........6 days a week u are overtraining and burning too many calories.........u need to cut that in half.......and make sure you are getting enough rest!!
