Secondly. I'm just teaching myself PHP and thought some of you might find this entertaining, so thats why I'm still posting them.

Custom ANPB Article (tailored to your weight/calorie deficit)

Another ANPB Calculator that shows all the various values

So if you weight 155lbs and want a deficit of 5%, just enter 155 and 5.
