Some guys that have been around and know the ropes in and out post something on what it is, how to control gyno, prevent it, and how to basically do a cycle with anti-e's correctly... Cause there have been a lot of posts about gyno lately, some by me... Others are also asking the same types of questions, so why not just get it all out there so there is no questioning what is up with our nips, and how to correct it.

1) to many newbies read what dosages the guys that have been cranking for years are taking and then decide that maybe they need a few grams/wk to grow.

2) Everyone is different, I don’t always run anti estrogens during my cycle, I guess you could say I’m not gyno prone. I find the key is not letting estrogen become the dominate hormone so during a cycle it is not a problem BUT I always end a cycle with anti estrogens.

3) A LOT of people don’t have a clue what they are doing or taking until during or after the cycle, I/we can’t help it if they are to lazy/stupid to not do there homework

..stay away from Dbol
..don't run any aromatizing gear with out Letrozole or Anastrozole(if you can't find out what they are on your own, you ain't ready to cycle yet)
..don't run Deca and Abombs or Tren at the same time without Bromocriptine(again if you don't know learn by reading)

Know what progesterone is? estrogen?
