Try this for breakfast

I've ate this a couple of times this week and it's not bad at all. Pretty good as a matter of fact. It may already be in the recipe section.

3 egg whites
2 scoops of oatmeal (the scoop from your protein)
1 scoop of protein powder.
Splenda to taste

I used log cabin sugar free syrup once and ate them plain the other time.

Mix together. Takes about 3 minutes on a waffle iron.

6 egg whites, ½ cup of oat meal, ½ cup of cottage cheese, 3 packets of splenda, and cinnamon. Mix together and pour onto pan (spray with pam). Makes 3-4 pancakes. I also use the sugar free syrup. I eat them almost every morning! Good stuff!
