Do u just take it post workout? or anyother times throught the day?

it just post...Then a good solid meal of the same ratios 1-1/2 hour later..... Solid food is best if ya got the time to eat it....

I always make time to eat...tonight is 1.19lbs steak brown rice, salad, and icecream

then some peanutbutter sandwich before bed, and a shake to wash it down
