what's a good snack that has lots of protein to munch on at work, beef jerky is expensive, protein bars have too much sugar, i wanted to buy a dehydrator but was reading most models are hard to clean and are not good, the good models are expensive

hard boiled eggs seems to be the preferred snack of champions.

hard boiled eggs are good... if the taste gets to you throw in some bbq sauce or something to give it some variety.. that's what i do anyway..

I got tired of drinking a gallon of water a day. So now, I try taking in a gallon of skim milk per day. You can add protien to your milk.. but you're really only doubling the protien content.. may as well just have two or three glasses of milk so you get the extra fluids too.


I picked up a nice dehydtrator for about $40 at wally world.. you'll want to use a lohdon broil or some other cut of really lean beef - the fat will make the jerky really bad.

i already eat tuna or chicken breasts at every meal plus it'd be difficult to drain the tuna or eat chicken breasts during work, jerky is easy cause i can just chew
