Tuna Surpise....

My wife loves this one and she didn't like tuna before....

Ingredients

Package of Rigatoni
6 Hard boiled eggs ( more or less depending on your love/hate for eggs, I love um)
1-2 Cans Albacore Tuna
3-4 tbls Fat Free Mayo (or can use olive oil and basalmic)
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Onion (if desired, I leave out)
Celery (if desired)
Brocoli
Black Olives (if desired)
Sliced Almonds (if desired)



Directions

Pretty simple one. Basically I called it Tuna suprise was because I started to make it and threw everything but the kitchen sink in it.

Boil the rigatoni according to direcitons and eggs in seperate pot. Once completed, rinse off pasta, peel eggs and slice. Put pasta in big bowl, add cans of tuna, eggs, brocoli (cooked or raw) and the 3-4 nice size tbls mayo. Mix and season to taste. Pretty damn tasty....
